Grenadier 29. Planning permission granted

Grenadier are pleased to announce that outline planning permission has been granted for its new 60,000 sq ft office development, based on the Exeter Business Park and close to Junction 29 of the M5.
Work will now begin on detailed designs to decide how to make best use of the site. As with all of our developments, we will be striving to create buildings which have the highest level of design integrity and environmental sustainability. The new offices will be built to a minimum EPC rating of A and we intend to target EPC A+ or carbon positive.

The plot of land, currently referred to as Grenadier 29. lies between our current HQ, Oxygen House and EDF Energy’s Exeter office, Gadeon House.
