Meet the team
Peter is a Director at Grenadier Estates, delivering innovative and highly sustainable developments in the SW.
Peter is an experienced chartered planning and development surveyor with over 15 years experience in the private and public sector. He has been responsible for delivery of a number of high profile residential and commercial developments across the UK, which have included early Code 6, zero carbon home pilot schemes. Peter has a broad experience having been involved in all aspects of development from site acquisition and viability through to planning and disposal.
Peter’s ambition is to create highly desirable, sustainable properties which combine practicality and comfort with genuine carbon savings for their occupiers.
Away from work Peter is a keen surfer and tennis player.
Aiden Johnson-Hugill is a Project Director at Grenadier Estates Ltd, where he manages sustainable property developments in the South West region. This includes the selection of development land, obtaining planning permission and managing the development process through to final sale or letting.
Aiden has worked for a range of organisations both in the UK and overseas. He is a Professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and a National prize winner of the former Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers (ISVA) Competition.
Aiden has over 20 years of experience in the property development industry and brings a wealth of experience with him to Grenadier.
Outside of work Aiden is a volunteer Director of a Multi Academy School Trust, and spends his weekends sailing and cooking for his family and friends.
Elaine joined Grenadier Estates Ltd in 2008 as a Designer and has since overseen numerous projects within the property portfolio. From designing layouts to full interior design of Grenadier’s residential and commercial properties, Elaine’s love of interior design is prominent within each of our developments.
Elaine has a breadth of experience in the retail sector, having worked at C&A, Next and Liberty, to name a few. Whilst working at Liberty, Elaine oversaw the window dressing, shop floor layouts, merchandising and budgeting.
In her spare time Elaine loves to walk her dogs and explore antique shops and market towns for new interiors.
Amelia joined Grenadier Estates Ltd in 2017 as Property Coordinator in which she was tasked with overseeing the property portfolio.
More recently, Amelia has since taken on the responsibility of project administration for Grenadier’s development projects including, St Margaret’s, the watersports centre in Exmouth, and Paternoster House.
Outside of work, Amelia spends her time training and competing with her horse Moby.
