Peter will lead the Exeter-based business as it looks to broaden its portfolio of carbon neutral and energy-efficient developments in the South West. A chartered planning and development surveyor, he has delivered major housing, commercial and regeneration projects for the private and public sector across the country. He also brings a wealth of local knowledge with him, having most recently worked in strategic development and infrastructure for Devon County Council.
He said: “Grenadier Estates has an incredibly diverse and exciting portfolio with a clear objective of making a difference by becoming industry leaders through low carbon, cost-effective buildings which customers love.
“This is an incredible opportunity to develop some landmark projects which will help to promote Exeter and the South West. There is a huge opportunity for developers that understand and are at the cutting edge of carbon reduction technology.
“Grenadier Estates is positioning itself in such a way to take full advantage of this by actually demonstrating what is possible within a range of different buildings. It is very exciting for me to be at the heart of an organisation that has this truly ethical approach to development, is not afraid to take risks, and can move quickly to facilitate change.”
