Grenadier has purchased its fifth commercial development, Paternoster House on North Street, Exeter. The building, which used to be home to Store Twenty One and where Snappy Snaps is located, will be redeveloped to bring life back into the building.
As with all of Grenadier’s projects, a sustainable and environmental approach will be taken.
Peter Quincey, Director of Grenadier, states: “We are thrilled to have purchased Paternoster House and look forward to finalising our plans and vision for the building in the coming months, with work for the redevelopment starting in the new year.”
